New Post: Some design choices ?

For a LayoutAnchorable, there is

• "Show()"
• "Hide()"
• "IsVisible"
• "IsHidden"
  

I wonder why there is 4 ways of doing the same action ?
Why not just a "IsVisible" only ? I mean a bindable property and also a property that could be serialized ?
