Created Unassigned: Critical bug: impossible to remove tab/layout item version 3 [17673]

This bug appears in Xceed.Wpf.AvalonDock.3.0.16174.17450 and doesn't appear in AvalonDock.2.0.2000.
I copied officeal MVVM example of DockingManager and changed the refernce to the latest Nuget version.
And it has started to crash when you atempt to delete tab that is not selected.
