Commented Issue: Crash with floating windows after layout loading [15386]

1. Start the MVVMTestApp
2. Float the "File Stats" tool
3. Save the layout
4. Load the layout
5. Now the tool is at the different position !
6. Close the floating window
7. Exception in LayoutItemFromLayoutModelConverter
